Although the premise is ridiculous and the ineptitude of the authorities farcical, the story kept me completely engaged throughout the time the characters were in the stadium. It started losing me for moments after that, but overall the movie delivered a captivating experience. Josh Harnett was disarming and seductive. Although we didn’t get a trademark Shyamalan twist, I think the joke was on the audience when you walk away realizing you were rooting for such a monster the whole time.
