best anime of all time. great story, one of if not the best character developments from some of the characters for example rock, visuals look good to this day, top tier music, best english dub of all time, dialogue is the best, character design is really good (almost realistic in a way compared to other anime with all their hair colors), action is perfect, very unique and different than most other anime, the relationship between rock and revy is probably the best in all of anime, not very cheesy at all, very dark and serious, all the characters have amazingly well written back storys, pacing is good, wouldn’t really recommend to a beginner but if you have watched 4-7 anime then you should be fine.
