I want to be clear, the historical retelling of this story is great. However, one of main draws for me were the advertised preview of the Tuskegee pilot's contribution to bomber units in Germany. The Tuskegee pilots do not appear until the the eight episode out of the nine for the mini series. If you lead with previews of inclusive cast, it should be apparent from the first episode. Not given on the back end for a few moments.

Great story line and behind scenes look at the culinary world. However a show based in the heart of Chicago's mom and pop restaurant area cannot have any midwest actors???

Please do get me wrong this show started great, as a show with substance and difference of perspective not to mention the sensory fighting styles. However, the show's third season speaks to more with a supremacist narrative. Most of the lead characters that happen to be the rules of society most belong to one racial group, while those gifted with sight belong to another racial group that are forced into labor at the behest of the "rulers" or run for their lives....if I didn't know any better this could be mistaken for a futuristic Roots.
