There wasn’t enough backstory on Jean Seberg and her intensity and how she came to open her eyes and express her outrage at the injustice of racism and profiling that took place under Hoover. But it made me think days after watching it. The acting was very good, especially that of the wire-tapping and remorseful FBI Agent. He was a more compelling character than Jean Seberg was in this film based on the constraints of the script and story line for Kristen Stewart. I definitely want to see more of him. He reminds me of the lead character in “Mindhunters”. I would like to see Kristen Stewart in more 60’s and 70’s genre films. I wanted to see more of her before she started attempting suicide to understand her angst and motivation.
