This is the first time I have watched a Doctor show, I never thought it'll be this good. It mostly focuses on the main character & different types of surgeries. The main character(Daimon Michiko) doesn't have any character development but the characters around her have these small character development arcs which are due to the actions of the main character. The hospital politics are also good and it generates a lot of comedy as well. For every season ending there are some emotional moments. Overall it's an entertaining show and worth watching
