Meh. Some episodes/scenes showed promise of heavy and/or unexpected outcomes but instead offered up trite and disappointing wrap-ups neatly tied in a bow, 9 episodes later. Kidman's labored accent wasn't enough to draw us in to cast the spell to make it all work.
