I'm sad about this review growing up watching and reading alita. A lot of details are flat out missing first alita rocked a giant butterfly blade not a sword ! So they got the weapon wrong a good chunk of the back story is gone and they made it into a lost romance witch did play a part but was a minor to the ruling story of her and ido hate for nova. this movie works but only if there's a lot more story thanks to the fact that not one movie Hollywood has made in the last 30 years actually had an ending. I'm sure they will stretch it out tell we stop going. witch means it will end up as a long drawn out never ended mess ........What's with that ! Stop it Hollywood you can tell a story in completely in one movie chase it with a back story in the 2nd and the aftermath of both in the 3rd. This helps deep thinkers with the full timeline and the movies end up staying high on the charts for years not a few months like all the garbage your known for today .. and please pay respects in the opening of a movie to the original story creators since your ripping off Japanese manga and anime now days .....
