I really disliked this book. Is Victoria writing for young teenagers? The overuse of the Greek language was basically showing off - unnecessary and pretentious. It was painfully slow- probably about 200 pages too long and I only (speed) read it as was a book club choice. I was not alone… most of the attendees felt the same. How does she get good reviews???
