Not as good as the remake of Battle For Bikini Bottom, which probably goes without saying. I did enjoy the game for the most part, though. Gameplay was mostly enjoyable but I had some issues. Some enemies were very tedious to fight to the point where I'd skip fighting them if I was able to. Bosses were pretty meh, not really much to say about them. Also I felt the pirate level dragged on too long, and felt kinda filler-y. I liked the different settings for the levels, gave the game some nice variation. I do wish there were maybe a couple more areas cause the game was a bit on the short side. Also was hoping for some more exploration, you can't enter any of the buildings in Bikini Bottom, including Spongebob's house and the Krusty Krab (you could in BFBB). All in all a decent game. I enjoyed it enough to carry me through to the end of the story. I don't feel as inclined to 100% the game and collect everything like I did BFBB, there really isn't much incentive to do so, except for costumes for Spongebob. I want to give the game a 7, but taking everything into account and some of my annoyances, I have to go with a 6.5.

I was very surprised to see how mixed the reviews were, and after anticipating it for months, was slightly hesitant to go watch it. Well, I'm certainly glad I did see it. The Northman was exactly what I was hoping it would be. I'm extremely interested in Norse mythology, or just mythology in general, and this movie really did it for me. The movie is on the slow side, with a good amount of action throughout. It is a visually stunning movie, lots of moments where I was just completely in awe of what I was looking at. Fight scenes were epic too. It is a little bit too long and there were some minor pacing issues here and there, but it was otherwise fantastic. I've read reviews saying the story is too simple; but honestly for a movie about vikings, it didn't need to be super complex. It's nice to see a straightforward and to the point revenge story that doesn't involve an extended universe with 200 characters to keep track of. Don't let the mixed reviews stop you from at least giving it a chance, you just might enjoy it. My rating is 4.5 stars.

Honestly, I did not like this movie. It was one of the most tedious Marvel films to sit through next to the Ant Man movies, Thor 2 and Black Widow. It was very flat and uninteresting. Doctor Strange was a side character in a movie with his name in the title. There wasn't a whole lot of "madness" going on, either. I kept hoping for something, anything, interesting to happen and it rarely did. There was so much dialogue and exposition. Don't forget the painfully unfunny jokes. Some of the acting wasn't all that great, it felt like a TV show at times. An entire character was essentially a plot device. It was only 2 hours, but felt like 4 because the pacing was just bleeghhh. I wanted to fall asleep, it would've been more entertaining. There were some cool visuals and fight scenes, but Marvel movies mostly excel in this department anyway. Otherwise, I found this movie to be very boring and lacking fun and exciting moments. After Endgame, I feel these movies have become stagnant. They haven't been building to anything significant and the multiverse is being used as an excuse to throw in as many nostalgic characters and tie-ins as they can. I've WANTED to like the post Endgame movies, but it's just not the same anymore. The MCU is being run into the ground with endless movies and TV shows, and I'm not convinced anymore. Thor 4 and Guardians 3 may be the deciding factors on if I even continue with the MCU.
