I truly wanted to like this show because I am a huge ICAG fan! I thought that we would see expert Italian chefs cooking amazing dishes, while they learned from Tuscan food specialists. Unfortunately, the show is not about the food and whose food is the best, it is more like Survivor or Big Brother, forming alliances to get rid of the best chefs. I am disappointed that Chef Alex would beassociated with a show that doesn't elevate cooking but rather showcases winning a game at any cost.
