Where do I begin? It's a gripping tale, superbly told. Who could have imagined that a film on physics could be picturised so well? The first half will not give you any opportunity to breathe. As afomer student of physics, it was amazing for me to see Einstein, Neil's Bohr, Heisenberg et all in live action. The role of science, that of the scientists, and those who exploit their discoveries were very well brought out through the unparalleled acting of Cillian Murphy.
The movie lost quite some pace when Oppenheimer's indictment began. Was it really necessary to show in such detail who all stabbed Oppenheimer in the back and how? This section could have been shortened to maintain the pace of the movie.
The sound effect was very thoughtful, with considerable impact.
Finally, about direction. Superbly Nolan, as always. Hats off to the master.
