Bosch staff are very proffessional to sell you a bad product that does not work and not stand behind it. We purchad a dishwasher and it never worked properly. We called Best Buy and they send their geek squad rep. twice and looks like he did nto even understand how a dishwasher works. Then they gave up and told us to contact Bosch. Bosch keep sending a techinican who kept blaming the water with porimisses that afte third time they will replace the machine. It looks like thehy pay their empolyees to find ways not to return or replace a non-wokring unit. What a disappointment with Best Buy and Bosch. Typical crooks.
