I usually love these types of films and after watching Vikings years ago I was ready to see how similar/different this adaptation would be. 1 hour in and I gave up on it. I know some will complain that I didn't finish it so things might not have come to fruition or blah blah, but this was just painfully awful to watch. It looked like it was directed out of the late 80's early 90's, or small town theater. Many big names couldn't even keep me in my chair to get past the half way point which is sad because I saw Taylor-Joy in the cast (which I haven't seen a film she wasn't good in)... Might have been the case here but couldn't stomach the first hour to even get to her intro. Waste of time

The whole movie felt forced. About the only thing I liked about it was Neo having more combat powers... The story was confusing and I kept waiting for the plot to give some clarity which was never delivered.
