Another example of Hollywood screwing up every detail about the original content because of inclusion and diversity. That aside, the original story was strayed from. Percy was not able to see Monsters while in school, but of course, that would require reading to verify.

The game was terrible, and I see no way aside from forged reviews that it could be this widely positive. Gameplay was monotonous and never changed. Sitting near a monster and spamming attacks was all it took to play throughout the whole game. The plot itself was erratic, random, and had holes the plot. The visuals were nice, but could easily be on Gamecube level. Even at the end of the main game, I didn't feel satisfied or happy for the characters. All I felt was gratitude that I didn't have to play this game that I wasted sixty dollars on. All this being said, there are worse games.
