Before I wrote this post I attempted to discuss my issue with Chris, the store manager. His being out on delivery explains the poor customer service at this location. I placed an order at 8:01pm. I received a call at 8:41pm stating their are canceling my order because our address is out of their area. Of course, we received a refund. My issue is with the poor customer service (call the correct store place our oder and call me with an apology for late delivery and resolution). The mistake was not ours but we had to scramble to get dinner!
