Painful to watch. Frustrating, even infuriating at times. Both he and she have deep pathologies. How pathological was that last telephone conversation at the end of the series? Unbelievable. Makes it very difficult to have compassion for her. Has she not gotten any psychotherapy? If so, what would her psychologist think of her still speaking with that man? Ugh.
