Movie is a true story accepted and the willingness to create awareness is all news masala, but when you go to enjoy a movie this is probably not the best choice to watch with family. I saw kids crying in theatre so won't advice taking kids to movie theatre.
The purpose conclusion is not so clear from movie but news will help you understand movie in detail.
