I cannot put into words how gorgeous this anime is! I have never seen an anime where it'd have me excitedly waiting for more episodes and have me rewatch it with different people so many times! It's not just about how good the animation is or how realistic it is, it's about how everything falls into place at the end It had me regretting not reading the novel when I first found out about it- literally finished the novel within 3 weeks! Not because it's short, it's far from that, but because of how detailed and exciting it all was! I really couldn't do anything else but read during those three weeks, it's probably the first novel that ever elicited such strong emotions from me, especially shock and sadness- it was great! This definitely deserves the good ratings it has if not more!
