It is a superb well made entertaining thriller . A must watch for the intense & brilliant performance from Amitji & of course praansaab. It glues you to your seat till the end. Very nice songs. & Ultimately all time blockbuster . I watch it frequently Whenever I have a chance for its sheer contents,story & of course performances. Apun to saaiba, dekh sakta hoon main,aadmi jo kehta hain & tithe rab ko mañana aapan hain, all excellent melodious songs. Go watch it immediately.

What a performance by the greatest Amitabh Bachchan, along with real to life characters well acted by the supporting actors. The powerful & obviously a must watch movie. I liked it so much that Every time whenever I get the opportunity to watch this movie since its release, I couldn't stop myself from watching it again & again. So powerful, indulging & real to life movie. A must watch. Go watch it once & you will watch it again & again for sure.

Marvellous, what else can be said about the master of comedy. simply wonderfull masterpiece.No words to describe.

Superbly crafted movie having an ensemble star caste with equally good storyline dialogues and direction. It was successfully received at the box office. Definitely a must watch.

What a craze and atmosphere at the time of release. It went on to become blockbuster mainly due to its different concept,dialogues and songs. Amitabh excels in Shahenshah's role. Rishtey main to hum tumhare baap hote hain, naam hain saheb shah still talked about. Definitely a must watch.

I would like to see more of Big B in such type of dashing anti hero roles. He has tremendous capacity to pull off any role single handedly with such ease. That's why he is the greatest of all. What a movie? Waiting for the sequel impatiently. Hats off to you mr.bachchan . Nobody can match him or even come closer to his talent.

Certainly this was not the movie worth bringing two legends together, any two actors could have done the roles. To my opinion Amitabh outperformed and out shown dilip kumar although the script was beneficial to dilip kumar due to the father and honest police officer character. But yet Amitabh's fiery performance was superb and surpassed dilip kumar. the movie did not do well due to its slowness and dryness. Sometimes it gives a feel of an art film.Had the director concentrated more on the script the movie would have even outshown the milestone film Sholay due to the superb acting by all the actors, especially by abhinay samrat dilip kumar and superstar of the millennium Mr. Amitabh bachchan. None the less definitely a must watch.

What a movie!! Great acting by the greatest superstar Amitabhji. No actor can match his acting & persona. A superbly crafted with excellent songs,a great storyline tight direction and excellent camerawork. A movie is filled with several thrilling sequences and it's definitely A must watch.
