Deeply disappointing and not worth the money – ruined expectations on the Brig–Filisur route! We were truly looking forward to this journey from Brig to Filisur, especially given the high price and the need to book seats in advance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we've ever had. Our reserved seats were already taken when we boarded. The people occupying them acted aggressively, saying they "had to sit together," and refused to move. They also grabbed all the brochures and left rubbish behind. No one offered us new brochures or explained how to access information during the ride – no announcements, no audio guide instructions, nothing. We had no idea what we were seeing outside the window. The food had an awful smell, the views were extremely underwhelming (with snow almost gone and no greenery yet – very poor timing), and it was impossible to take photos due to harsh reflections from the train’s interior lighting and opposite windows. We got off at the first possible stop and returned via a regular train along a different route – which, ironically, was much more scenic and enjoyable. For the amount of money charged, we expected a premium experience. Instead, we felt completely let down and regret choosing this route. Absolutely not recommended.
