I think there are two types of horror flick fans: ones who like extreme jump scares and gore, others who like more psychological inducing themes. Personally I love this movie. It’s fun, different, and I haven’t seen another movie like it. You’re either going to love it or hate it. Probably not in between.

Remember the is it a blue dress or a gold dress illusion? I love Jordan Peele’s other work. This wasn’t my favorite. However, I really enjoy reading these reviews because it’s put the movie in perspective for me. There are 1 of 2 people: you’re going to add it to your favorites or your going to feel it was one of the dumbest movies you’ve ever seen. This why I’ve rated it three stars instead of one. For me, I see it one way. However, I really appreciate the people who see it the other way. Cinematography is good, and I do appreciate the characters. The plot was a struggle for me. I felt kind of let down? Was hoping for a weirder alien. This movie had massive potential- or rather it’s a genius film that created the blue dress or gold dress vibe. It’s worth the watch- but 50% of you should prepare to be disappointed or absolutey gobsmacked with amazement. Worth the test. ;)
