Y'ALL!!! 😱😁 True Beauty is by far ONE OF THE BEST WORKS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! And I'm not saying this only on behalf of the K-Drama industry, but literally out of ALL THE SHOWS AND EVEN MOVIES that I've ever watched. This show is literally the cutest thing ever, and I recommend reading the Webtoon and then watching it. It just makes the experience so much better!! Seeing the characters come to life is just so unreal. Not to mention the cast is literally BEAUTIFULLLL!! 😱😱😱 They casted the characters very accurately according to how they look in the comic. Okay, but the reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because they skipped a lot of parts from the comic, AND SKIPPED THE WHOLE 20 CHAPTERS WHERE SEO JUN AND JU KYUNG ACTUALLY STARTED DATING, and they skipped the scene when Seo Jun and Ju Kyung went on that trip... 😏 (iykyk). 😛🌚 But ya, that really took away from the show because the audience didn't have a chance to really see how affectionate and sweet Seo Jun is, which created a sort of bias against him and made Soo Ho the favorable choice, as we only got to see how good a boyfriend Soo Ho was to Ju Kyung. Okay but I'm not going to lie to y'all, I cried multiple times while watching this show, mostly because it feels so real, and I related to Lim Ju Kyung so much, so it was hard watching some scenes like the ones where she was getting bullied, but Soo Ho and Seo Jun's efforts and undying love for Lim Ju Kyung definitely lift the mood. Calling this show a cinematic masterpiece is the biggest understatement ever, and I'm sad to hear that this show most likely is not going to be renewed for a season two. 😞😞😞 And just saying, yall are gonna fall in love with both of the love interests in the show and it's going to be so hard seeing which one she chooses because they are both such affectionate and romantic people, and their love for her is just so genuine. Seo Jun is like a rebel kind of boy who tries to be tuff, but secretly has a soft spot for Ju Kyung, and Soo Ho is so calm and so cold to everyone, but seeing his personality slowly unravel as he gets closer to Ju Kyung IS THE CUTEST THING EVER OMGG!! But yea, I watched this show like 30 million times and I kid you not, every single time I watch the show I get so happy and it never gets old. I 100% recommend watching this show, you won't regret it. The only thing you will regret is getting to the last episode and realizing you binged it too much.
