I wish I could give this more stars. It is such a lovely movie. I'd been looking forward to watching it for awhile, and it lived up to the high hopes I had for it. I have always appreciated Will Ferrel (Zoolander was the best) but I was never a super fan, this documentary made me appreciate him for the thoughtful and kind human he must be. It was beautiful to watch old friends navigate the next chapter of their friendship, with awkward moments, quiet introspection, bearing emotions and listening to one another. It is everything we need to be reminded of. Connecting with others and being present and open and loving. I wish every trans person could have such a kind human friend shield to love them and support them and help them to be confident and seen. Thank you Harper and Will for sharing your story.
