I had high hopes for the show when I saw Melissa was cast as the main judge, and what the premise was after watching the first season This is now a background noise show. The cast is OK, but the dialog is not that engaging. Melissa the main character to me is Sweet potatoes, a phenomenal side item but it’s not meant to be the main star of the dish.
