Bad customer service and atmosphere was lacking. My wife and I visited Cult on a Sunday afternoon. We were the only 2 customers for an hour. We ordered 2 flights and only 2 out of the 8 we tried tasted any good. We asked the bartender if we could replace the ones we didn’t like and try others out and she looked at us like we were dumb and asked “for free?”. Meanwhile another patron who came in after an hour, proceeded to taste test 4-5 beers in the same glasses as our flights before choosing the beer he wanted. We saw that and left immediately. It was our first time there and the place is just lacking. The bartender made the experience worse. Maybe going at night is different, but I wouldn’t go back.
