Huge disappointment, it all feels totally off. I’ve loved the resident evil games and films of which I have watched again and again over the years. The series goes totally off piste from the high quality zombie horror and thrill that we expect and love from resident evil. It seems to be made for children, it had no good zombie scenes and tried to constantly make you care about characters that were awful. The script is trash, the characters are weak and the fluidity of the episodes are jarring. It’s all too empty and I’m pulling out at episode 6 so I can start spending my precious down time enjoying myself instead of forcing myself through Resident Evil. Great shame but try it for yourself, I think you’ll know by episode 2 if you’re interested.
