Slow moving, not a bad movie but not Oscar worthy. Nomadland ignores that the phenomenon of nomad camps is age old, not a recent plight of our times. Anyone who ever lived is a small desert town has seen such camps ebb and flow over their lifetime based on the season. Some insight into why people choose to live this way, but overall a long and not very interesting telling of the human story.
