I never played this on the Sega Dreamcas but I t bought & finally got around to playing the original & the sequel on a Sony Playstation 2 port. I love both of them even though the second game is more successful & preferable to gamers, due to that it's more open worldly & you can actually move around but good golly the first being a pet simulator where all you can do is interact with the fish, insects objects, other different types of sea creatures etc. Is still impressive for a late 90s to 200s game for the Dreamcast & Ps2. The graphics aren't bad, still hold up very well, the lore is amazing for just a game about rasing a supernatural creature. The music is my favorite part of the game. Especially the track "Something really Bad" it's catchy, funny & addicting to listen to. I really liked where you could feed the seaman creatures insects & using the fertilizer, the ending of this game will sweep the rug right of you as it's quite unexpected & ironically emotional feels. There's even some dialog that's so strange yet so appealing t me. Using the microphone was just so much, there's even unheard & undiscovered quotes & lines of Seaman that still haven't been heard in the game before. The idea & grand scheme is amazing. We need more weird games like Sega 2as doing around this Era.
