The Acolyte is a standout among the Star Wars franchise. Doing a fresh spin on a generational universe, the acolyte has it all. Action, Emotion, Depth. Although it is being review bobbed for the undertones of romance or the “lack of canon”, or the well earned abundance that is people of color representation, do not let the hate fool you. Each character has a plethora of complexities that allows you to be engaged and hooked. The actors have done a fantastic job at portraying those complexities. And with so many storylines left to explore, The Acolyte deserves season 2. Do not let the abundance of ignorance fueled hate deter you. Watch it for yourself and see just how good it truly is !
