A comment as a builder of over 30 years who has built over 1000 dwellings, why would anyone buy a house that has been constructed by amateurs, on a minimal budget, in minimal time with dubious trades completing the actual works, which are then dressed and judged on quality of presentation by non professional judges rather than build and design quality? Interested in a response from "the block" team. Who is the "registered builder" for these dwellings? And what is the legal warranty responsibility duration of these properties?
