WARNING: contains a spoiler but it's worth reading my comment in order to not waist your time on this book. Just reposting another review because man he conveyed my exact review on it.just read it, you will save yourself from a trash novel (a main character with no accountability whatsoever) Don't waste your time, the story is really overrated and tries to make you sympathize with cheaters/ partners who still think about their ex. The main character's problem is that instead of growing up, dealing with her past trauma, being sure she is over her ex, she drags a poor man into her life and leaves him to go back to her ex. Basically break someone else's heart, use them to fill your time and get mad at them when they see signs of you cheating. Think only about yourself and only about how you feel, then break the man's heart to go back to your ex. I really regret wasting my time on this story, the writer tries to make you hate the main character's husband meanwhile his reaction to his wife cheating or keeping things from her ex is pretty natural. And I don't care what anyone says, what she was doing is called micro-cheating which is till cheating in a way. So yeah don't waste your time. I understand that the husband made a mistake, but she was wrong from the beginning. If I was Ryle's situation, and after everything I have done for my man I figure out he is still holding on memories of his ex I will 100% push him away from me if he tries to get closer to me, and I wouldn't care if we were on a stair. Is it OK? No it's not, but the love of his life was cheating (yeah I consider this cheating). Does she expect her husband to just smile and hug her and say you are cheating but that's fine come to my arms?? He made one mistake but she did many. From the very beginning she was not honest with him about anything. He gave her the choice to pick either him or Atlas from the very beginning and the lair said she chooses him. Ryle. When he learned about the magnet he asked her where she got it from, and what did she say?? Another LIE. Anyone thinking Ryle is the bad guy, imagine yourself in his situation, after everything you have done for your partner, after seeing many signs of them cheating/thinking about someone else, what would you do??? Would you remain calm?? Ryle was deeply hurt. HOWEVER, after everything his cheating wife has done, he still tried his best to fix things and make up for his reaction to her cheating. AFTER EVERYTHING HE HAS DONE FOR HER TO MAKE UP FOR WHAT HE DID SHE GOES BACK TO ATLAS. Atlas?? The thing I hate the most is people who tries to get with a taken person. You learned that she has someone, LEAVE. DON'T HOLD ON HOPE OR TRY TO GET HER BACK. Sure he had a bad life and she helped him. OK? That was in the past let the woman live her life, the audacity when he attacked Ryle was astonishing. Wattpad could do better, I really don't understand why people liked this book this much. I am really afraid of the fact that this generation thinks that such nonsense of a book is a 5 stars work smh.
