The story is interesting and the gameplay is fun, but the puzzles get a bit tedious. I was able to get past the second floor on my first session, then had to stop playing for the night because I was tired of the puzzles. The hotel sections are much more interesting than the challenge segments, but even then the puzzles are basically, "go here, find this, walk through empty corridors until you notice one clue." I do like the optional hidden pickups that require extra exploration, though. The storyline is phenomenal and interesting. It's one of not many games where both possible endings are justifiable as morally correct, and they aren't just shoved in to say they're there.
