Predictable plot, gore for the sake of gore and not to develop the story, and silly characters.

I was excited to sit down and watch this movie but it was a disappointment. From the beginning I felt like I was playing catch-up with the plot. It jumped around to different time-lines and I got the impression there were things I should have known about the character before I started the movie. Overall the plot is really weak and they didn't spend enough time developing Captain Marvel as a character. By the end of the movie I didn't care about her. There was nothing for me to get emotionally invested in. It was just flat and predictable.

I really wanted to like this movie but I just couldn't. Convoluted plot and very dull ending.

So bad! Movie drags on and on just to conclude with a very unimaginative ending. No twist, no surprises, not even that scary.

What a dull and predictable movie! I am so glad Google Play had it on sale for $2.99 (even then it was $2 over-priced!). The poor girl has trouble fitting in with her rich boyfriend's family but in the end they all work things out - BIG SURPRISE!! I read that is was also supposed to be a comedy. Can anyone tell me even one joke or funny situation in the movie? A real disappointment.

I heard good things about this movie so I was looking forward to seeing it. I was quite disappointed. Not that scary and plot is hard to follow. Even at the end you're left with all sorts of questions you'll have to Google later.

Huh? That's it? What a dud. I don't understand why so many people enjoyed this movie? It's a 10-minute stale idea that dragged on for 80 minutes. The game is so stupid and boring. So many scenes in the movie were completely unnecessary and did nothing to move the story forward.
