Watched it as a whole family, loved it !

I laughed & I cried (shockingly). Lots of dry humor and satire, but also would get weirdly deep. Episode 6 was a mess to be honest. But my God Panfilo, a moment just for him 😭

If you’re not already a fan of the original movie, or the movie genre don’t waste your time or money. It wasn’t necessarily a bad movie, just not my cup of tea. I would've probably been better off watching kung fu panda 4.

I haven’t read the book. But in my opinion you can barely see actual genuine love between the two, it was intense lust at most. And I don’t know how I felt about Virginia Gardner’s acting, it almost felt forced..? Spoiler alert!! … … Her dad betraying her was the only interesting part of the movie and is lasted literally 2 mins. I wish they spent more time with that, and that we saw more of her childhood and relationship with her father.
