Not a good book. Very little substance or value to extract. Mainly a broken man ranting. Feels like the book was written by the author as a form of self therapy? So not much value for anybody except himself, and even then clearly hasn’t achieved his goal. Mentions his experience of being cheated on and womanising constantly. Also admits to taking advantage of a woman with mental health issues, whom he met at a self help event, slept with her and then as a result of his rejection of her she totally lost her mind, and even at some point threatened to commit suicide??? All the while the author uses that bizarre story to some how fit it into making the point in his contradictions.
Genuinely, would advise everybody to “not give a f&@k” about reading this nonsense. Terrible.
