"Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" is CRAZY underrated! This show is incredibly well-written with wacky -- yet catchy -- musical numbers, lovable and well-developed characters, and emphasis on social issues (especially those that are often stigmatized). The show pulls apart the problematic story lines and tropes in traditional rom-coms and explores the definition of "crazy" as it relates to the titular character, Rebecca. It breaks the fourth-wall humorously and repeatedly. The cast members are also incredibly talented; it's like if Broadway suddenly had a network TV show! This show is just the best in so many ways and deserves WAY more recognition than it got during its run. Do NOT skip this one!!!
