I have never before left a review for any show, so this is a first. I just finished watching the last episode a few minutes ago and even though I spent most of the time sobbing my way through it, when it finished, i had a smile on my face and knew I had to leave my first review. I LOVED this show for many reasons. The acting is superior, the actors are excellent and connect well with each other, especially the leads. I was completely in love with the incomparable Ra-Ra and her little sister, Mimi (who is the most adorable dog), and swimmingly head-over-heals for Jun. There are many supporting characters that are fantastic in this show, however, if I take the time to list all of them, this would go on and on. So, I will move on to the next part that really make this show worth the watch. Ra-Ra, played by Gu Ara, actually does play the piano in this show and she is incredible. I happen to be a classicly trained pianist myself, so I know great when I hear and see it, and all the performances in this show are worth watching once and perhaps, if you're like me, many times in succession. The music choices have been carefully made to cast our emotions out into an ocean tidal wave that first pulls us one way and then another, sometimes barely giving us time to breath. It's a hurricane of strong emotions that carry us across the amazing script writing showcasing a young women whose comfortable life blows up in her face and sends her hurtling towards a very different life when she unexpectedly becomes an orphan, loses her financial stability and suddenly becomes homeless within a very short time. I don't speak the language of this show nor any that it is dubbed into, so I have to read the subtitles throughout the entire show. I don't consider that a disadvantage though. It is part of my process with shows like this and I find myself actively seeking these types of shows out more and more lately. I do hope that you will find as much enjoyment in this show as I did.
