My son and I have been with the MCU since it began on screen. Love all the movies. Give them breaks when they are trying to set up back stories. Eternals was almost three hours of 'talking'...you read that right. TALKING. Going back and forth in time is an easy one for MCU and Sci-fi fans. That wasn't the problem. It was all the needless TALKING. Is this a Marvel movie or Grey's Anatomy? Cinematic? It was dark, needlessly dark at times. Characters were so cool. Even with the forced diversity, they were all great characters. Love all of them! But they had to TALK all the time. Sometimes some action but mostly they were TALKING. Needlessly TALKING for no reason. Only a few needed dialogues were included to advance the story and build characters. But if you are looking for an action packed story with cool characters. You only get half. Hope there is sequel but with less 90210 and more MARVEL action.
