The good: *Some excellent features by young thug, kendrick, lil uzi vert, weeknd, and future and skepta. *The beats are top notch. Like, almost "Die Lit" level of good. THE BAD: *No 2024 or backr00ms? Really Carti? *Carti is creatively bankrupt. The lyrics are uninspired. In the second half of the album, there are a few songs in which Carti sounds exactly like Future, in every way possible. I thought to myself, wait is this secretly a Future album? Overall, I think this album was not worth the wait or the hype leading up to the release. But it's a much better release than his previous one, WLR. This one matches that energy but is way more refined and easier to listen to.
