Disappointing, bad acting, only plus was music. Josh Hartnett's role did not suit him well, unconvincing as a serial killer. Not surprised at overall ratings are low.

Outstanding writer who did the research! Nothing I have read has done the work and tells the story with compassion for Meredith and her family. I am almost finished with the book and I’ve only started it 2 days ago. I’m going to read his other true crime novels. I encourage anyone who is interested in true crime stories to read his books.
