This was a well written show that used a superhero experience and universe to tell a simple character driven story better than most attempts by boutique art movies. There are some misses and things that you are left wondering if they had taken a extra couple of minutes per episode would have cleared up better, but it does not take away from the powerful heartfelt emotion that the viewer experiences during the ride.
