This is a great book, I have learned a lot from reading and following Michael Zuber. I also purchased his course, which was very cost efficient. In the course you will learn how evaluate house, condos and multi-family real estate and much more. He takes his time to ensure that you understand the concepts. Also there is an opens Face book page open to all his students. Lastly he is transparent about the journey he and his wife have been on for the last decade or so. He is humble and truly wants to help people who are working and have full-time jobs who want to enter the world of Real Estate Investing.
