I couldn't watch 8 Simple Rules at the time it was aired as I was working. I am watching it now. It's absolutely wonderful - funny, witty, kind and smart. I didn't expect the father of the family to die. I started reading about it. And stupid Google says the series was cancelled after 3 seasons because of low ratings. NOT TRUE! The actor John Ritter who played the father died in real life... That's the reason 8 Simple Rules was cancelled. I strongly recommend to watch it to everyone - big and small. It's worth it!
