Surprised by the negative reviews - as I really enjoyed Scoop. To my mind the production, direction and acting were all first class. It was also interesting and insightful. Well worth watching.

As many others have commented, I too looked forward to a new outing for Luther. But sadly this is just a dreadful film. A grim and derivative story line, with no grounding in reality. A waste of acting and production talent. I abandoned it early on and having read the reviews of those who managed to see it through to the end I am so glad I did.

A really good watch - never a dull moment- really well acted by a stellar cast. To my mind just on a par with the excellent knifes out.

Loved this film so much watched it twice. All star cast James McAvoy, Catherine Tate, Alice Eve, Rebecca Hall James Cordon. Benedict Cumberbach is just excellent as are the rest of the cast. The story line is perfect with some laugh out loud moments. Would highly recommend.
