As a player since Overwatch 1 originally launched, don't even waste your time on this sad excuse of a sequel. Not only do they provide the absolute bare minimum to this game, they give the most empty promises out of any other videogame publisher I have ever seen. They love to pump skins out (like league of legends) and do nothing about their actual gameplay other than "reworks" which either add 1 ability or take 1 away. I loved Overwatch for a long time, but seeing what it has become is just sad. You would think for a company as successful as they are (with other games of course) they would at least be able to help maintain one of their newer games. Do better Blizzard. Do yourself a favor and either don't spend a single dollar on this game, or just don't play it at all. Hopefully it will die within the next 1-2 years.
