If you read the books you'll know they left a lot of details out. This one felt a bit rushed and didn't build up the connection that much between lara Jean and John ambrose. Music was a bit much in some scenes. Overall not nearly as good as the first film, they used different characters for john and young lara Jean compare to the last movie.
