Cesar Millan is not a man you should go to for dog training. What he does is completely wrong and is actually shown as an example in veterinary programs for what not to do. His method may look like it works initially but pretty much boils down to stressing the dog out and exhausting it. You don't need a degree or certification to be a dog trainer, so anyone can call themselves such. And those who call themselves dog "whisperers" should be taken with a grain of salt. He doesn't care about the dogs, he cares about the TV show. Do your research before blindly trusting someone with your animal.
