I'm disappointed in this book. I'm sorry that Ann Cleeves had to bow to writing about a gay married couple. Please bring back the murder mystery that is not colored by these innuendos of today's society. Give me a detective mystery that is bare bones crime detection and an involved method of solution. Keep the reader on its toes throughout!
