My kids and I love this so much. Lively tunes, 100% singalong value, funny and thought provoking lyrics, but so much more. When I was going through severe anxiety, and just driving 20 km seemed too much, the song, ‘Scaredy Cat’ helped me to get there. 'Scaredy Cat, it’s OK, Scaredy Cat, do it anyway.’ Likewise, the optimism of old Steppo has helped me so many times. The words, “Steppo said, don’t worry have a cuppa, ‘cause I’ve seen worse”, have almost been a mantra to me at times. We all have our favourites. My son loves the Bears That Will Not Behave (there are bears who call everyone ‘Dave’), my daughter loves the Cafe Where The Lost Dogs Go and I love the Great Big Extraordinary....because ‘big isn’t being enough’ to describe the Big Bang. Kate Rowe’s humorous, philosophical and well observed take on the ordinary and extraordinary will have you hooked in no time. If you can listen to this just once and not come away singing, Space Rabbits of Brocklevoons, you have amazing self-control.
