i really didn’t get this movie. i watched it till the end and through ever part of it i was wondering where it was gonna lead to. the ending was very unsatisfactory. partly because it was cut short, in my opinion, but also because there are no tied ends to any of the relationships, plot, or problems that are developed during the entire movie. each part was like watching a different movie, none of them went together other than maybe the first two because the first was setting up for the second but the third part was completely irrelevant. the first two parts are based most on the relationship between carl and yaya but then later on in the third, abigail shows up out of nowhere and stars as the lead role till the very end. the climax was anti-climactic, the movie itself felt like a flat line, and none of the characters made any growth even though the movie was pretty long. yes, the message in the movie was prominent and showed up in every part of the movie but it was never resolved and didn’t make much sense to me. maybe there was a bigger idea to it that i just didn’t get but i would not recommend. (sorry for ranting this movie just pissed me off)
